1, What should I do if missing item or received a defective item?
Please accept our apologies if your order was not processed correctly. Just contact us, and we will do our best to correct your order as efficiently as possible. We can usually reship new jersey for free.
2, How Can I return the faulty item?
We will give a full resend or refund when the item you receive is different from the description or not satisfied with your jerseys.
A resend or Refund will be given after the item is received back to us It must be noted within 3 days of receipt.
You must contact us before shipping any items back. We will not refund shipping costs and do not reimburse for shipping back to me.
3, Package seized by the customs
Don’t worry! We get the delivery guarantee for you. If your package is lost or seized by the customs during delivery,
pls contact us by email, we will give you a complete satisfactory solution.
4, Do you charge taxes?
